Parotex products perfectly combine these values by connecting them with innovation and design, to look responsibly to the future. This is demonstrated by sustainable lines, patented and exclusive products, and fabrics designed to ensure better performance in the washing, drying, and ironing process, with great energy and water savings. Three lines definitely worh testing!

1. Helico

The new table linen frontier is Helico, the winning solution for industrial laundries.  An innovative fabric made of 50 percent cotton yarn and the other 50 percent polyester, it features a cottony hand and significantly reduced hairiness.

Technologically patented, it is designed to absorb less water to significantly reduce water and energy consumption. Helico also provides greater durability and dries and irons faster. The unique structure of this fabric means that stains remain on the surface without penetrating deep into the fibers, decreasing the consumption of chemicals for stain removal, all in favor of the environment.

2. Re:New

Parotex’s sustainability also passes through Re:New, a yarn made from part of pre-consumer offcuts, production waste sourced from weaving and knitting mills, and 26 percent recycled plastic. A process that, through a special crushing, melting, and spinning process, transforms these materials into new yarns that are increasingly eco-sustainable, with 56 percent reduction in greenhouse gases, a 78 percent decrease in water consumption throughout the production chain, and 56 percent energy savings.

A supply chain certified by GRS (Global Recycled Standard), Oeko-Tex 100 and Certified Quality System Company ISO 9001:2015. Re:New products generate many benefits for customers as well; in fact, they are more durable, provide improved stain removal, energy cost savings due to a 25 percent reduction in water evaporation, increased dimensional stability due to the presence of polyester, faster drying, and easier ironing.

2. Re:Cover

A unique and exclusive product made for Casarovea, a Parotex brand. Created using pre-consumer scrap parts, composed of 100 percent recycled cotton, Re:Cover – certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard), Oeko-Tex 100, and Quality System Company ISO 9001:2015-is a symbol of innovation. The 46.6 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, 46.9 percent reduction in energy, and 61.6 percent reduction in water consumption throughout the production process (data based on Life Cycle Assessment LCA, certified by ICEA, found by comparing the estimated consumption for the production of a Re:Cover product compared to a traditional one), make this 100 percent sustainable, cutting-edge napkin capable of satisfying customers to the fullest with a guarantee of the highest quality.
