Every stage of the production process — from the arrival of carefully selected raw materials through to the dispatch of the finished product — is managed directly by specialised staff at the operational headquarters in Busto Arsizio.

This logistical and production integration ensures maximum flexibility, fast response times and rigorous quality control, with no compromises. Sourcing the finest cottons and most precious linens, alongside meticulous processing, is an integral part of the Parotex method: garments are cut by hand and on the straight grain to ensure superior long-term stability.

The weaving room is the technological heart of the company, sustained by continuous investment in state-of-the-art machinery:

Capacity: the machinery fleet includes 40 Jacquard looms, with 6 brand-new Picanol-Stäubli Jacquard looms on the way. All are configured to weave at various widths, up to 330 cm.

Precision warping: from May 2026, the new Karl Mayer sectional warping machine is operational, integrated with the factory logistics system to ensure maximum precision and energy efficiency.

Logistics automation: the automated rotating-roller warehouse optimises beam storage and accelerates internal production flows.

Final quality is also ensured through collaboration with highly qualified bleaching and dyeing facilities, which use Indanthrene dyes — selected for their ability to withstand the rigorous washing cycles of industrial laundries.
